Jennifer S. Coatsworth, Esq.

Jennifer S. Coatsworth joined the Board in 2022 as the Vice Chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association. Jennifer is a Partner at Margolis Edelstein, where she litigates motor vehicle, dealer fraud and lemon law cases almost exclusively from the defense perspective. She also focuses her practice on the defense of professionals, including real estate agents and home inspectors, usually related to allegations of breach of contract and fraud or nondisclosure issues. Additionally, Jennifer has extensive experience with premises liability, product liability, and construction matters and has handled a number of cases related to liability of fraternities. In addition to her work with the Bar Association, Jennifer is active with the Pennsylvania Bar Association and is a member of the Executive Council of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel and the Brandeis Law Society. She is also a member of Community Legal Service's Leadership Council.
