John Devine

John Devine is a corporate services and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on private M&A transactions, including private equity and venture capital financing transactions, securities offerings and commercial licensing transactions, with concentrated experience in the healthcare industry.

John is an active member of the Philadelphia community and currently is a member of the Chairman’s Council for The Mann Music Center where he serves on the Strategic Development Committee.  He graduated from Brown University in 2000 and Villanova University School of Law in 2003.
