Stephen A. Fogdall

Stephen Fogdall has been a litigation partner at Dilworth Paxson LLP since 2023. Before that, he was a partner for many at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Stephen studied philosophy at the University of Washington, earning a Ph.D. in 1997. Stephen’s practice focuses on business litigation, shareholder and corporate governance litigation, and class action defense. Stephen also has an active pro bono practice, including prisoner civil rights cases, immigration matters and defense of consumers in debt-collection cases.
