Althea Banks
Althea Banks comes to the Philadelphia Bar Foundation as an Administrative Assistant with more than 40 years of experience in the legal field. After attending a two-year executive secretary course following high school, she began working for Community Legal Services as a legal secretary. She then joined the Marshall Dennehey law firm, working her way up from legal secretary to a secretarial supervisor. She is very active in her community of East Mount Airy. She is currently on the Board of the East Mt. Airy Neighbors (EMAN). At EMAN she makes sure that all zoning rules/guidelines are followed and brings the community and developers together to discuss their projects.
