Housing and Homeless Issues

Homelessness has been a continuing issue in the Philadelphia region. As of November 2017, 955 men and women live a life without shelter (ProjectHome). The Philadelphia Bar Foundation provides funding for the Homeless Advocacy Project (HAP), Philadelphia Landlord/Tenant Legal Help Center, and Regional Housing Legal Services (RHLS). Collectively, these organizations provide support and services for the homeless and/or people at risk of being evicted from their homes.
