Patrice A. Toland, Esq.

Patrice A. Toland joined the Board of Trustees in 2021.

Patrice is a Principal in Post & Schell P.C.’s Workers’ Compensation Department. She dedicates her practice to the defense of employers in workers' compensation cases. In addition to litigating claims, she assists her clients in developing best practices to prevent liability and to reach favorable resolutions when necessary. She is a frequent lecturer to the industry on current topics in this area. Her client base includes large international corporations in the health care, maintenance, retail, and transportation industries.

Patrice has been an active member of the Philadelphia Bar Association, serving as the liaison for her firm in 1999 and serving on several different committees and sections. In 2019, the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Workers’ Compensation Section honored her with the Martha J. Hampton Award.

Patrice has been recognized with numerous other honors, including 2018 Best Law Firm Mentor by The Legal Intelligencer and a 2021 Lawyer of the Year in the Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers category by The Best Lawyers in America™.
