The Philadelphia Bar Foundation Welcomes John Devine to the Board!

The Philadelphia Bar Foundation is proud to announce the addition of John Devine to the Board of Trustees. John is a corporate services and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) attorney in Holland & Knight's Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on private M&A transactions, including private equity and venture capital financing transactions, securities offerings and commercial licensing transactions, with concentrated experience in the healthcare industry.

John is an active member of the Philadelphia community and currently is a member of the Chairman’s Council for The Mann Music Center where he serves on the Strategic Development Committee.  He graduated from Brown University in 2000 and Villanova University School of Law in 2003.

The Philadelphia Bar Foundation is pleased to continue strengthening the board with dynamic and passionate members as we head towards the Foundation’s 60th anniversary in 2024.
