PRA Selected Pennrose Development Project Featuring Equal Justice Center

The social and economic impact the Equal Justice Center will have on Philadelphia is nothing short of impressive warranting the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority to select our proposal to develop the Chinatown 8th and Race Streets site.

The Equal Justice Center will be a 160,000 square-foot office building co-locating almost 20 legal aid organizations. The dwelling aims to bring resources stretched across the city under one roof and make it easier for public interest attorneys to serve their clients.
