Take Action Philly Voting Guide
The Philadelphia Bar Association, with the support of the City of Philadelphia and several non-profit legal aid organizations, formed Take Action Philly (TAP) – an initiative uniting lawyers, government, community organizations and residents to offer ways to become involved and engaged in response to federal and state policy decisions.

- You can vote early (before November 3rd): Go to your county website to find hours and locations of early voting places and drop-boxes for mail-in ballots.
- You can apply for mail-in ballots at an election satellite office: Go to your county website to find hours and locations.
- You can change your plan from mail-in to in person: You must follow instructions on your county website to do so or you will be given a provisional ballot. Provisional ballots are not counted until after election day.
